MoshiMoshi Market Vendor Agreement & Policies
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Operated by MOMOとKAI™, MOSHIMOSHI MARKET
This Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in MoshiMoshi Market ("Market"), operated by MOMOとKAI™. ("Organizer"). By submitting an application, booking a date, or submitting payment for participation in the Market, Vendor acknowledges that it has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Open to the public: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sunday 11:00 AM - 7 PM | Saturday CLOSED
PLEASE NOTE: WINTER SEASON MAY AFFECT STORE HOURS.
Weekly/Weekday vendor load-in: 7:00–8:30 PM previous Sunday, or 9:00–10:00 AM Monday
Weekend vendor load-in: 9:00–10:00 AM Sunday
All booths must be fully set up by 11:00 AM sharp. Late setup carries a $25 fee.
Load-out: Sundays 7:00–8:30 PM. Weekday-only vendors: Friday 7:00–8:30 PM.
Items left after 9:00 PM on the ending date will incur a $100 trash removal fee.
Booking Packages
Single space: roughly 3’ x 3 (best for art & stationery), 7′ × 5′, or 9′ × 4′ (best for clothing & accessory vendors)
Spaces are preassigned by booth number.
55 1/8” (roughly 5ft) table and 1 chair or stool provided.
Tablecloths, racks, and additional furniture not provided.

Confirming Your Booking
Check your email for your acceptance letter and confirmation.
Submit your non-refundable payment via the provided link.
Spaces are granted on a first-to-pay basis.

By submitting payment, you agree to all Terms & Services in this guide.
A signed Vendor Agreement document must be completed before your move-in date.
Load-In & Setup
Arrive during your designated load-in time and check in with a team member.
First weekend? Use the full setup time to meet the team and get settled.
Display items may be left overnight only for consecutive bookings or with prior approval.
Late arrivals (after 11:00 AM) may be charged a $25 late fee.
Load-Out
Vendors must remain open until 7:00 PM each day.
Load-out begins after 7:00 PM on Sunday (weekend/weekly) or Friday (weekday only).
Merchandise cannot be stored on-site between non-consecutive bookings without prior approval.
Amenities
Restroom access for vendors and staff only.
Fitting room located next to the workshop/ art gallery area.
Music & atmosphere curated by MoshiMoshi Market.
Outlet access is limited — bring your own extension cords

Display Requirements
Standard booth size: 7 × 5 ft
Max display height: 6 ft free-standing, 8 ft wall-backed
Backdrop: max 6 ft wide, 8 ft tall
Do not obstruct neighboring booths or aisles
Drilling into drywall is allowed — all nails, screws, and hardware must be removed at the end of your booking
No painting or permanent modifications to any surface.
Pricing must be visible on your display.
All display elements must stay within your booth footprint.
Remove all stickers, trash, tape, and items at the end of your booking.
MoshiMoshi Market Store Vendor Requirements
To provide a consistent and elevated shopping experience for our customers, all vendors are expected to comply with the following requirements while participating in the MoshiMoshi Market Store.
Vendor Attendance
Vendors are required to be present during all store operating hours while their booth is open.
If you are unable to be present, you must provide a sales associate to represent your brand.
MoshiMoshi Market Sales Associate Service
If you cannot provide your own representative, MoshiMoshi Market offers an optional in-store sales associate service.
To participate in this service, your booth must be equipped with a functioning point-of-sale (POS) system, card reader, and an iPad or compatible device. Our team will use your equipment to process transactions on your behalf.
Sales Processing
MoshiMoshi Market does not collect sales from vendors.
All purchases are processed directly through each vendor's own POS system.
MoshiMoshi Market does not charge a commission or take a percentage of your sales.
Inventory Management
Vendors are solely responsible for managing and tracking their inventory.
Your POS system should accurately reflect available stock at all times.
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their payment equipment is fully charged, connected, and operational during store hours.
Accepted Payment Methods
Vendors must provide a modern POS system capable of accepting debit and credit card payments.
We strongly encourage vendors to refrain from Venmo or Zelle as a payment method for in-store purchases. Card payments provide a faster, more seamless checkout process and help maintain the polished, premium shopping experience that MoshiMoshi Market is committed to providing.
Visual Guidelines
Lighting is highly recommended
Use furniture risers to elevate your table
Tables must be covered with full-length fabric or textile (no plastic or fitted covers)
Hide storage boxes and backstock in the basement.
Use cohesive hangers and signage colors
No hanging items from the ceiling or visible tape adhesives
Signage
Every booth must clearly display your brand name
Backdrop max: 6 ft wide, 8 ft tall
Brand name must be readable from at least 6–8 feet away — no tiny cursive fonts
PARTICIPATION & APPROVAL
Participation is subject to approval by the Organizer. Organizer reserves the right to decline or remove any vendor to maintain category balance, safety, or market standards
Organizer may remove Vendor for violation of this Agreement or for conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive to market operations, without refund.
FEES & PAYMENT
After submitting an application, vendors will be notified if their application has been approved. Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email containing a payment link covering the approved market date.
Payment is due within 24 hours of the link being issued. Payment must be completed before the scheduled market date to secure participation.
(No transaction fee applied).
A vendor's space and participation are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
***Your spot will be confirmed once the vendor fee has been successfully received, after the official acceptance email.
Cancellations
All payments are non-refundable.
Vendors must text or email the organizer by 9:30 AM if they are running late or unable to attend.
Failure to attend a scheduled market date without prior written notice via text or email message to the organizer by 9:30 AM on the event day will be considered a no-show. No-shows may affect future participation eligibility.
If the Market is canceled by the Organizer due to severe weather or circumstances beyond its control, Vendor will receive a credit for a future date within the same market season. Rescheduled dates are not confirmed until Vendor confirms availability.
BOOTH EQUIPMENT
Depending on the booth size, the furniture will be provided. e.g. 3 ft × 3 ft booth, a cabinet and three wall shelves are provided.
Vendor space is strictly limited to the interior footprint of the assigned table space.
No extensions beyond the designated booth area are permitted.
Organizer reserves the right to adjust booth locations and overall layout at its discretion.
Booth space is non-transferable and may not be shared, sublet, or reassigned without prior written approval from the Organizer.
BOOTH PRESENTATION
Vendor agrees to maintain a clean, professional, and visually cohesive booth presentation. Organizer reserves the right to require reasonable adjustments to booth setup, coverings, displays, or overall presentation to maintain market standards.
VENDOR EQUIPMENT & DISPLAY RESPONSIBILITY
Vendor is responsible for the safe and stable setup of all tables, fixtures, merchandise, and display materials within their assigned booth space.
All items must be secured in a manner appropriate for venue conditions. Vendor assumes responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from its equipment or displays
INSURANCE & LICENSING
Food Vendors must also provide:
Temporary Food Service Establishment (TFSE) Permit.
General Liability Insurance / Food Liability Insurance. (Adding MoshiMoshi Market as certificate holder/aditional insured).
Food Handler Certification.
Vendor is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
SALES POLICY
Vendor must be able to process digital transactions. Cash-only operations are permitted.
Advertising cash discounts is not permitted.
PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS
Counterfeit goods
illegal products
Cannabis products
Liquor.
AI-generated art, illustrations, and more.
Vendor is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws.
CONDUCT & OPERATIONS
Aisles and emergency access lanes must remain clear at all times
Amplified music, disruptive behavior, or aggressive selling is not permitted
Professional conduct is expected at all times
MoshiMoshi Market BK is built on mutual respect, inclusivity, and creativity
Zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or hostile conduct
Violations may result in immediate removal without refund

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY
Vendor participates voluntarily and at its own risk.
Organizer is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, injury, weather-related impact, or circumstances beyond its control. Vendor releases Organizer and the Property Owner from any claims arising from such risks.
Vendor agrees to be responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Vendor's products, equipment, employees, representatives, actions, or negligence and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOMOとKAI™, MOSHIMOSHI MARKET, and the Property Owner from such claims.
Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify operations due to weather, government directives, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its control.
PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTION
Organizer may photograph or film during operating hours for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. Vendor grants Organizer the right to use images or footage of Vendor's booth, products, and likeness in connection with the promotion of the Market.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
Vendor is an independent contractor and is not an employee, partner, agent, or representative of Organizer. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
AGREEMENT UPDATES
The Organizer reserves the right to update or modify operational policies, procedures, payment methods, and market guidelines at its discretion. Any material updates will be communicated to participating vendors as necessary.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York
