Terms, Agreement, Policies, and Liability
By applying to participate as a vendor at any event organized by MOSHIMOSHI MARKET, I (Vendor) accept full responsibility for all liability for any damage to persons or property arising from my participation. I understand that MOSHIMOSHI MARKET or its authorized representatives are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury to the vendor, its employees, agents, or property that may occur during the event.
Vendor Fee Policy
MOSHIMOSHI is a paid market with a standard vendor fee of $160. All vendor fees for MOSHI MOSHI MARKET are final and non-refundable. Once payment is submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows. By submitting payment, vendors agree to this policy in full.
Vendor Credit Policy
If you are unable to participate in the event for any reason, or if the event itself is canceled, MoshiMoshi Market will issue you a "Vendor Credit".
Your Vendor Credit allows you to apply your already-paid fee toward participation in the next month’s market. The credit can only be used once, but if you are unable to attend the following market, it will remain valid and may be redeemed for any future MoshiMoshi Market event.
This policy ensures your spot and fee are never lost, while also helping us keep the market running smoothly for everyone.
